I am a fully qualified, registered person-centred counsellor and also a counselling supervisor. I provide warm, confidential and non-judgemental short and long-term counselling for individuals from all walks of life. I am down-to-earth and passionate about my work.
As a counsellor, I have worked with adults, children and young people, helping them with a wide range of mental health issues and supporting them through difficult life experiences. As a counsellor, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your issues and concerns. As your counsellor, I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others.

As a counsellor and supervisor, I attend and engage in my own regular clinical supervision to ensure that my work remains safe, ethical and effective. As a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), I adhere to their ethical framework and regularly attend Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses, events and workshops.Â

I work with children, young people and adults on a one-to-one basis and my fees are £55 per session.
